Hi, my name is Dr. Tisdale, and I am a Veterinarian at Forever Companion. I am passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and helping pets and their families feel comfortable and supported.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy fishing with friends, traveling with my wife, and making the most of my retirement.
Favorite Part of My Job
Now retired from full-time practice, I find great meaning in helping families navigate one of the most difficult moments in pet ownership with kindness, dignity, and understanding. My relaxed presence, years of experience, and natural bond with pets help bring comfort to both pets and the people who love them.
Education
I earned my veterinary degree from Cornell University.
Work History
Before beginning my veterinary career, I proudly served in the United States Army. I went on to establish and own a successful veterinary practice in Fremont, California, where I cared for pets and their families for more than 40 years. My career actually began with house calls throughout the Bay Area, which makes my work with Forever Companion a meaningful return to the personalized, in-home care that first inspired me to become a veterinarian.
