What if I have paid for my appointment but my pet passes away naturally, or I have to take him/her to emergency vet before you can get here?

All prepaid appointments are 100% refundable if canceled for any reason. If you have paid for your appointment but decide to postpone, you have the option of a full refund OR we can apply funds to appointment at a later date.
